Couple months ago I created a simple webhook posting based tool for a small circle of people to monitor YouTube for certain keywords and see the results in Discord and decided that I might release it as well as a public tool for those who want to keep these things simple without adding an actual Discord bot to their server or give special permissions to some members and so on.
Below you can see it in action spotting a video with e.g. Sauli Niinistö as a keyword.
The only requirements that remain are essentially a YouTube Data API v3 token and a Discord webhook URL which Discord server owners can create (and share forward if needed) and the ability to run Python code daily somewhere.
